Medical Directorship On-sight skills sign off

Required sign off to assess RN injector level of expertise prior to being able to practice including review of;

• Practice according to training and individual scope of practice
• Techniques and Safety
• Product storage and handling
• Disposal/biohazard requirements
• Standard operating procedures in binder with injector specific protocol
• Contract updated and signed  

Required signed contract and updated annual assessment in order for medical directorship to be active.  

Face to Face Assessment

• Required face to face assessment for convenient consultations at a time convenient for you and your client.  Use of telehealth visits for quick and efficient assessments
• In person visits available if booked in advance

Proof of Insurance

Each injector must provide proof of insurance coverage with Medical Director listed on your coverage before they are able to be signed off for practice.
