Erin Guarnieri, is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner. She started Skin Deep Aesthetics & Wellness in the beginning of 2023, recently updated to Erin G, NP & Co. She received her undergraduate degree from Harvard University, her post-baccalaureate BSN from Mass College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, and her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Regis College.
Focusing on Adult and Geriatric Medicine, developing personalized weight loss plans with attention on health, wellbeing and aging confidently is a passion of Erin's. She started connecting nurses and other injectors to form a network of professionals looking to advance their skill set, gain the knowledge and support of other clinicians and provide ongoing training to advance their skill level.

During your visit a Nurse Practitioner will review your medical history, current medical conditions, medications, lifestyle and dietary habits, current weight. We will formulate a plan to help you reach and maintain goal weight. If appropriate use of weight loss medication may be prescribed to assist with weight loss.
Our NP has had a lifelong history of weight issues and has been able to lose over 75 lbs within the past two years, keep it off and continues to strive to lose until reaching goal weight.
